OVERVIEW

Welcome to Alliwant! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Alliwant (All-i-want), operated by Prachit Sohani. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to give you, the customer, a curated shopping experience that brings products from local stores and independent sellers to you (the "Services"). All-i-want is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms below, together with any policies referenced here (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (the age of majority in India), and that you consent to any of your minor dependents using the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.

To use the Services, including browsing our store or buying any product or service we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and billing, payment and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to anyone else.

SECTION 2 - ABOUT ALLIWANT AND OUR PARTNER STORES

All-i-want brings local stores and independent sellers online and connects them with customers. Products on the Services come from partner stores and sellers. 

Before a store joins Alliwant, we enter into a written agreement or memorandum of understanding with it. These agreements set out how information is handled, in line with the applicable laws of India.

We work to describe products accurately, but product details are provided by or sourced from the stores and may change. Nothing on the Services is an endorsement of any store beyond what we expressly state.

SECTION 3 - OUR PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to present our products accurately. However, colours and product appearance may differ from what you see on your screen because of your device and its settings. Handmade and locally made items may also vary slightly from one piece to another.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or be identical to what is shown in our store. Descriptions may change at any time at our discretion. We may discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantity of products we offer to any person or region.

Fragrances (perfumes, attars, deodorants, body mists): fragrances may cause reactions in some people. Please read the product details, do a patch test before use, keep products away from eyes, flames and children, and stop use if irritation occurs. How a fragrance smells and how long it lasts depends on your skin and conditions and is not guaranteed.

Electronics and rechargeable items (such as portable fans): any warranty is provided by the manufacturer or seller and is described on the product page. Please use these products as the manufacturer instructs. Damage from misuse, water or unauthorised repair is generally not covered.

Seasonal Essentials: this selection changes with the season, and products may be added or removed without notice.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. All-i-want reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before an order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted or dispatched. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email, address or phone number you provided, and refund any amount paid.

Because products come from local stores with limited stock, an item may occasionally be unavailable after you order. In that case we will tell you and offer a refund or a suitable alternative.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing (for example, for bulk or corporate orders).

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices includes applicable taxes, and shipping and handling are shown separately at checkout.

From time to time we may run promotions that are governed by separate terms. If a promotions' terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion's terms apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases and to keep it updated. You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are authorised to use the payment method, (iii) charges you incur will be honoured by your bank or payment provider, and (iv) you will pay the charges at the posted prices, including shipping, handling and applicable taxes. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. Cash on Delivery is available with an additional fee that varies by item. The applicable COD fee is displayed at checkout before you place your order.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver to where you want it to be delivered. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, festivals, regulatory restrictions or other events outside our reasonable control. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. Once we hand products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, but this does not affect your right to report damage or loss in transit under our Refund Policy. Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos if possible.

SECTION 7 - PRICE ENQUIRIES

You may send us an enquiry for an item and your budget so we can try to get you a better price from our local stores. An enquiry is a request for an offer, not an order. We do not guarantee that we will obtain a lower price or any offer at all. An offer is valid only for the period we state, and a purchase is made only when you accept the offer and complete payment.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, videos, audio, and the design, selection and arrangement of them, are owned by Alliwant, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence or other right under any intellectual property of Alliwant, Shopify or any third party, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans of Alliwant are our trademarks or those of our affiliates or licensors, and you must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify's names and logos are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and logos on the Services belong to their respective owners, including the partner stores.

SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may give you access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not monitor or control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind and without endorsement. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools, which you use at your own risk and discretion, and you should review the terms of the relevant providers. New features we add in the future will also form part of the Services and be subject to these Terms.

SECTION 10 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may contain materials and links to websites provided or operated by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy. If you leave the Services to access third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access to, or purchases and use of anything on, third-party websites. Please review their policies before you transact, and direct complaints about their products and services to them.

SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

All-i-want is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with All-i-want. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and All-i-want, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with All-i-want.

SECTION 12 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these policies.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and other third parties, including couriers, payment providers and partner stores, who may be located in countries other than where you live, in order to provide services to you. We handle personal information in line with the applicable laws of India. See our Privacy Policy for details.

SECTION 13 - FEEDBACK

If you submit, upload, post, email or otherwise send us any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display it in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use, such as to operate, evaluate, improve and promote the Services.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have all necessary rights to your Feedback; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation or incentive you received in connection with it; and (iii) it will comply with these Terms. We are under no obligation to keep your Feedback confidential, to pay you for it, or to respond to it.

We may, but need not, monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we decide, in our discretion, is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that violates anyone's rights or these Terms. Your Feedback must not violate any third party's rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy or personality rights), contain unlawful, abusive or obscene content, or contain viruses or malware. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone else, or mislead us or others about the origin of Feedback. You are solely responsible for your Feedback, and we take no responsibility and assume no liability for Feedback posted by you or any third party.

SECTION 14 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice, including after you have placed an order. If we cancel an order because of an error, we will refund any amount you paid.

SECTION 15 - PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not access or use the Services, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to violate any law, regulation or ordinance; (c) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, intimidate or disparage our staff or any other person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to send, upload or download material that does not comply with these Terms; (g) to send advertising or promotional material, "junk mail", "chain letters", "spam" or similar solicitations; (h) to impersonate any person or entity; or (i) to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services or that may, in our judgement, harm Alliwant, Shopify or users of the Services or expose them to liability.

In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code; (b) reproduce, copy, extract, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm or pretext the Services; (e) use any robot, spider, scraper, data-gathering tool, automated process or AI tool (such as agentic AI), or manual means, to access the Services in breach of these Terms; or (f) interfere with, bypass or circumvent our security or authorisation features, robot-exclusion headers or other measures that restrict access to the Services. We may suspend, disable or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine you have breached these Terms.

SECTION 16 - AGENTS

16.1 This section ("Agent Terms") applies if you use, allow, enable or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use or interact with the Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity, and that can be executed on behalf of or using a person's device, without direct supervision.

16.2 No Agent may access, use or interact with the Services unless, at all times, it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with section 16.4. No Agent may access, use or interact with the Services if we have asked it to refrain from doing so.

16.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses and interacts with the Services.

16.4 Agents must: (i) in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, identify that the request is from an Agent and disclose its name by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the request's user agent string; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate that any access, use or interaction is from an Agent, such as by (a) mimicking human behaviour and interaction patterns, or (b) completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or measures intended to distinguish computers from humans; (iii) respond truthfully to any question or prompt seeking to determine whether interactions are coming from a human or a computer; and (iv) not circumvent or avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify or control whether and how Agents access, use or interact with the Services.

SECTION 17 - TERMINATION

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part of them) at our discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The following sections will continue to apply after termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

SECTION 18 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The information presented on or through the Services is made available for general information purposes only. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or usefulness, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk. We disclaim liability arising from any reliance placed on such material by you or any other visitor.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY ALLIWANT, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS AFFECTS ANY RIGHT YOU HAVE AS A CONSUMER THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

SECTION 19 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL ALLIWANT, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER, EXCEPT WHERE THE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT THIS LIMIT.

SECTION 20 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Alliwant, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

We will notify you of any claim that is subject to indemnification, although a delay in notifying you will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defence and settlement of the claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim that requires non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defence, including by providing relevant documents.

SECTION 21 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion will be treated as severed. This will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

SECTION 22 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision.

These Terms, and any policies or operating rules we post on this site or in respect of the Services, form the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Services. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, oral or written, between you and us, including prior versions of these Terms. Any ambiguity in these Terms will not be construed against the party that drafted them.

SECTION 23 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not delegate, transfer or assign this agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any attempt to do so is void. We may transfer, assign or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice to you.

The headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 27 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable law, and such changes will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
