2. Quotations and Payments

Quotations and estimates may change if requirements or assumptions change. Payment terms, taxes where applicable, and any third-party costs will be agreed before work begins. Additional work outside scope may incur extra fees.

3. Your Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, materials they are entitled to share, timely feedback and any required access or approvals. Delays may affect timelines.

4. Delivery and Revisions

We aim to perform work with reasonable care and skill. Included revisions are determined by the project agreement. We do not guarantee particular sales, rankings, funding, savings or other commercial results.

5. Independent Partners

Some projects may be completed or supported by independent freelancers, vendors or specialist professionals. Roles will be clarified where relevant. Statutory, legal, engineering or other regulated work requires appropriately qualified or authorised professionals.

6. Advisory Information

Water, solar, financial, cost and payback estimates are indicative and depend on assumptions and site conditions. Clients should seek qualified professional assessments and approvals before implementing technical work or making major investments. General bookkeeping support does not constitute statutory filing or certification.

7. Confidentiality and Personal Data

Information provided for enquiries or services is used to assess and deliver requested work and coordinate necessary support. Please do not submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive information through website forms. Additional confidentiality terms can be agreed separately. Our privacy policy also applies.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for deliverables are subject to the written project agreement and applicable third-party licences. Pre-existing tools, templates, software and materials remain with their respective owners.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the agreed scope, work performed, non-recoverable expenses and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Website Use

Users must not misuse the website, infringe others' rights or attempt unauthorised access. Information may be changed or updated without notice.

11. Liability and Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alliwant is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian law applies, subject to mandatory legal protections.
